WATER WATER EVERYWHERE
The rainwater from the garage guttering was just collecting in a bucket, so I had to build in some proper drainage.
At the same time, I tried to solve the amount of ground water heading down the garden slope
toward the garage, so that we could dry out the internal walls.
Finally covering it all up, with a seated Patio/BBQ area and new windows in the garage.
